So, if anyone is interested. The bridge crew break down is thus: Walter is the captain. Izor the first mate. Mary on communications and Elator on sensors. Oh yeah, and Tiren is weapons. Can't forget Tiren. Otherwise, I hope I see a bunch of you over at Cosmic Monkey this weekend. (Tria will be there via skype).

I look forward to an epic space battle/escape. though I know how things can take a turn for the goofy in this comic. so I never really know whats going to happen next. I guess I can only hope for an epic space battle.
Strongspank, 2012-03-15 09:35:55 UTC
Oh dear, weapons charging.... ^_^;;;
Tria, 2012-03-15 12:36:50 UTC
Nice to see the bad guys managing to fail is a universal constant. Interesting that the Imperials didn't use the warp inhibitor the first time they encountered the crew, but they do seem to be sort of incompetent, so it would be expected. And now we get to see a space fight, so it works out. Only one thing is certain: Red Shirts will die.
Viewtiful, 2012-03-15 16:23:10 UTC
Ramming Speed!!! ^_^v
Zyron, 2012-03-15 17:11:40 UTC
Well ya that is a given View but ummmmmmm who has a Red Shirt? Poor Tiren *chucles* I love the face palm she dose at the Imperal caps screw up ^_^b HEY lest she gets to blast them this time hehehehehehehehe. Oh well the Imps be pulling a Kane blunder and only worry about the x and y or well they AND crew rember in space they have use of the z axes as well?
Enigma, 2012-03-15 17:22:46 UTC
Oh my, the z-axis..! Someone's (ideally) going to be in for a geometric surprise.
Eelz, 2012-03-15 18:51:02 UTC
*nearly falls off the rafter in a fit of laughter* OH LORD ya I can see Tiren pulling the enter yank the sword and stab the villion as the "Prince/staker" is yaking then walks off to get a drink.
Enigma, 2012-03-15 19:23:51 UTC
*sigh* no matter the universe, still in trouble with the law, haha...
Hmmm... Since Sal is still a conscious entity despite the fact that she's a ship, is there a chance she could operate the weapons systems herself?
Whether or not Sal should is a whole 'nother argument...
Battlefox, 2012-03-15 20:48:16 UTC
@Battlefox: The weapons are part of Sal's body, so it should be like throwing a punch to her. However, with Marty and Tiren operating the artillery, I imagine this will work out like an incompetent Voltron crew. ...Maybe Mary can talk them to death?
IRS Agent, 2012-03-15 22:21:03 UTC
Depoly the Red Shirt Cannon! Then FLEE as a black hole spontaneously forms on the spot.
Crestlinger, 2012-03-15 22:26:12 UTC
@IRS Agent: Yeah, that would be true, but I believe Sal pointed out earlier, she has no control over alot of the functions and need the others to manually to do them. Like pushing the big, red button.
@Crestlinger: Deploy*
Fox, 2012-03-16 08:32:20 UTC
@Fox: I am suddenly reminded of the old british show, Red Dwarf...
Battlefox, 2012-03-16 22:15:20 UTC
@Battlefox: Smoke me a Kipper, Skipper, I'll be back for breakfast!
Tria, 2012-03-17 00:42:08 UTC
@Tria: :D You just made my day
Battlefox, 2012-03-17 17:05:34 UTC
Lesser known fact: Tagalong used to have to marathon the "Ace Rimmer" episodes before writing Marty's dialogue.
TagalongDT, 2012-03-17 18:50:05 UTC
i love elly's little pose as he warns about the weapons
chris, 2012-03-17 21:42:53 UTC
Well, this will work out well for neither side. Oh, and I got my book today. YES!!!! And with it in print, I can try to work out a certain drawing I have planned. After all, I didn't draw the Empire...
clubtail, 2012-03-18 05:08:09 UTC
@clubtail: SQUEE! That's all I've got to say.
TagalongDT, 2012-03-18 06:41:17 UTC
Well, I would have started it earlier, but I forgot about certain weapons that certain people were holding. Which... I need to rework. Drastically. I'll do what I can. Heck, maybe I can do it tomorrow. At least, with it in print, it's easier to look at!
